What parts of my work can I outsource to you?
You can outsource any accountancy based activity or administration -we are here to help you and your business, please ask us if you think the request is a tad unusual!

My books are a mess and I'm very stressed - what should I do?
We understand fully how complicated books can get the best way to reduce stress is to appoint a book keeper or accountant who will be able to take some of the strain from you.  You may find that your books are not in as much as a mess as you think!  We are able to work with you so that you do as much or as little of your book keeping as you choose.  This flexibility puts you back in charge and allows you to focus on your business

I have an accountant already - can I change?
You can change your accountant at any time, things to look out for our contracts you may have signed which have a clause in for notice.  If you have a notice clause in there then don't let that stop you setting up a new relationship with an accountant, just let them know when your contract ends otherwise you could end up paying twice and that's not good!

Can you save me money?
We work with you to make sure that you are only paying the government what they are due and no more, this will include reviewing you expenses, whether you work from home and other allowable ways to reduce your end of year tax bills.  As for our fees we pride ourselves on being affordable and also adding value to what we give to you.  We also can work on a fixed monthly payment structure or on a pay as you go basis with maximum hours agreed in advance - both of these options mean that you won't be stung with an unexpected bill.

How far will you travel?
Our main area for business is in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire, but we are happy to help any business UK wide.  To deal with businesses which are slightly further flung the initial meeting would be done via telephone, with follow up meetings arranged.

Do I need a long term contract to use your services?
We like to work on a month by month basis with our clients which means if you have a life changing event you are not tied in with us - we want to work with you and grow with you - to enable this we are as flexible as possible with all our clients.

Do you have a minimum monthly fee?
We have no minimum fees at all.

What is the hourly rate you charge?
We charge a flat hourly rate of £17.50 for book keeping and £22.50 for more complex accounting - these fees will be communicated before we undertake any work.  Self assessments are a fixed fee of £100 per year.  Self employed accounts start st £400 per year, LLP's at £600 and Limited companies at £800.  However these prices are just a guide as it depends on the size of the business.  Please give us a call for a chat through what we can do you.

Do you do fixed monthly payment plans?
We have a variety of monthly payment plans and tailor these to each individual business - these can include end of year accounts, payroll and book keeping and we can also work out what combination we can do if you have a fixed budget.
